I went to Staples to find receipt printer paper. We just switched from a Cake system to a Toast point of sale system and it requires 3 inch printer paper when I went to Staples - there’s a buy one get one at 50% off, but there was only one roll printer paper on the shelf so David helped me and he was able to send another one to my business address with the half price off, so I felt like he knew the system that he was using which I really appreciated, and I admired how courteous he was and pleasant and professional. His customer service is far superior than anyone that I’ve ever encountered at the Staples.

I visited twice to do Amazon returns and both times I was helped by different staff members. Honestly, both experiences felt pretty unprofessional. They kept sighing and had this obvious “I don’t want to be here” attitude in both their tone and facial expressions. It honestly made me feel like I had done something wrong, even though I was just there to do a simple return. I thought the first time might’ve just been a one-off, so I gave it another try. But after the second experience being the same, I don’t really feel comfortable going back there again for returns or shopping in the future.

Can you return things from Amazon here? Sure. Will they be super rude and put out. Every time. This store seems like it is on the verge of closing. If you offer the service, the team should be trained in the bare minimum of customer service. I went in with my baby strapped to my chest and carrying several big boxes. I wasn’t expecting curb side service. I guess just with how much things cost, it would be nice to have some kindness and pleasantry. After Kohl’s closed, this is one of the closest places to return. I will be making the drive in the future. For printing services, they do a decent enough job, but again, it comes with a long wait and an attitude. If you need it in a pinch, it is worth it.

They're not kidding about the EASY button!!! I was able to Recycle my old printer, toner AND batteries. Then I found a great laptop for like $500 off and after applying all my recycling rewards and the $20 app reward I walked out with a high performance laptop for only $488! I'm stoked. Staples in store shopping has my loyalty. Special thanks to Ali and Bob the cashier. The best!!! Customer service is back!!! After years of being sad at the service at other places. I'm so happy!God bless this place. Truly a 'superstore'.

Taylor was so helpful in the printing department. She helped guide me through the computer to create my new business cards exactly how I wanted them!!
