I like this Staples location, and I take all of my Amazon returns here. The staff is nice, and I recently signed up for their rewards program and they let me know that as a member you can take your used batteries in for them to dispose of. They have a pretty great selection of pens, too, and the store is easy to navigate.

Michael H at this Staple’s Amazon Returns booth is a rockstar! I came in a little too close to closing time (I’m pregnant and struggling with finding the time and energy) and he was able to get as much of my returns done as possible in a very quick and efficient manner. I'm a tech challenged senior needing help with self help printing. Michael helped me with a smile. For my next printing job, it took me 1.5 hrs to figure things out on my android. Then I asked Michael to help me. He was an angel to me today. He helped me fix issues and print documents. He was patient, kind, courteous and very pleasant. He deserves 10 stars. Thank you Michael!

Well I’m line for a pick up for my special needs child and ordered a neeboh the intoxicated man at counter could not figure out how to work the machine with lady in front of me then he moves to another spot n it’s my turn I had two orders -a lady attempts to take my spot she was oh my goodness rude n Karen - so he attendant ask me what I’m picking up I saw neeboh he makes his comment oh your one oh those ? Excuse me - he can not find it there all in white bags ?? I said how about my last name ? Now there’s an idea 💡 he stumbles around n calls a manager because there only one !! N I got a good strong smell of alcohol n nicely told him he may want to gargle - finally he finish my order took forever n I ask manager about other order he nicely said it was the only one in store - n I says ur employee is wasted fyi - did not even phase him — scary

Staff are pleasant and the store is clean. But the Amazon return line is 20 deep consistently. While it's tough to predict waves, this is consistent and could be addressed by the appropriate management (Staples or Amazon, not sure which is responsible)
