Today, I visited this Staples location to complete Amazon returns and waited patiently in the designated Amazon return line with several customers ahead of me. While we were waiting, the employee assisting customers, Denzel, repeatedly took customers from a different checkout line instead of acknowledging or assisting those of us waiting for Amazon returns. Over the course of approximately 10 minutes, the Amazon return line continued to grow with no communication or explanation. After waiting for an extended period, I politely asked if we were going to be helped. Denzel responded by asking whether I was “spending money today.” I was confused by this response and asked what that had to do with the situation, as we had been waiting our turn. He repeated the question again. When I answered that I was not making a purchase, he responded with “exactly.” At that point, other customers in the Amazon return line also began expressing their frustration. When it was finally my turn, I asked to speak with a manager. Denzel stated that he was the manager and refused to provide the name of a supervisor, instead telling me to call customer service. When I questioned whether he had a superior, he threatened to refuse my return altogether if I continued to “cause problems.” I do not believe that calmly requesting a manager to raise a concern constitutes causing a problem. My wife and I are frequent customers at this Staples location, but due to this experience, we will now choose to shop at another store, even if it requires additional travel. I also noticed that similar concerns about this employee appear in prior reviews, which suggests this may be an ongoing issue. This experience was disappointing and did not reflect the level of customer service we have come to expect from Staples.

This had been my go-to Amazon return location for quite some time, and until recently I’d always had positive experiences. Unfortunately, my visit on 3/8/26 completely changed that. The woman working the Amazon returns counter that day was extremely rude and appeared to be making up policies on the spot. When I approached the counter, I let her know upfront that I had several returns, but that many were grouped under the same QR code and that I had everything organized to make the process easier. About halfway through scanning the items, she suddenly told me that customers are “only allowed to do 10 Amazon returns per day.” At that point I only had two items left. She refused to process them and told me I could “go to another Staples” if I wanted to return the rest. To make matters worse, there was no one waiting behind me in line, so it’s not as if I was holding up other customers or creating any sort of delay. I explained that I had never heard of such a policy and asked for clarification. Instead of providing any explanation, she became incredibly hostile and repeated that she would not process the remaining items. For context, these were all very small clothing items, nothing bulky or difficult to handle. The interaction was so strange that I asked a few other employees in the store afterward, and they said they had never heard of any rule like that. It’s incredibly disappointing to see a location that used to be reliable turn customers away because an employee appears unwilling to do their job and instead invents rules on the spot. Based on this experience, I will not be returning to this location.

We frequently use this Staples location for printing, and Carmen consistently delivers outstanding service. She greets my wife and me by name and ensures every print job is completed to our satisfaction. Watching her extend that same attentive care to every customer makes it clear why this location has earned our loyalty. Thank you!

Came in around 1pm on 3/5 to purchase some office supplies. I realized when I got back to my office the price was different on the chair mats I had purchased than what I expected. The ladies at the registers offered great customer service to get me the correct mat and correct price. Thank you!

I would leave zero stars if I could and I will never set foot in this Staples again! I came there yesterday 04/20/2026 and the parking lot was practically empty, I went inside to send a fax and was not in there more than 5-10 minutes with the attendant guy, who at first didn’t seem friendly, coming over and helping me to send a fax, unfortunately the fax didn’t go through and when I got outside to my car it had been robbed of all of my packages, it felt weird like a set up and when I went back in the store distraught the attendant quickly informed me that there are NO SECURITY CAMERAS AT ALL and pretty much had no help he could offer me! To not have any cameras at all makes no sense at all and I’m sure the thief was aware there are no cameras which makes me wonder! So I left there feeling violated and unsafe and will never go there ever again!
