I mostly do my Amazon returns here, though I have purchased copy paper and printer ink here as well. The customer service is average but consistent. Seems there is always someone waiting for copy help or ordering party supplies. That "how can I help you?" energy is practically non existent, but for the self sufficient, you should be fine.

I'm tired of this location and a few of the employees. I received an email stating their 40th anniversary and up to fifty percent off purchases. Was odd the cashier allegedly couldn't pull up my account with the numbers I gave. Instead of her suspending the transaction and assisting others in the line, she abruptly rang up my items without giving me the opportunity to pull up the barcode on the app. I seriously doubt I'll be returning to this location. My experience may not be yours

I came to heap praise on Chris in the print department. I print a handful of large print jobs throughout the year and every time I deal with him he’s friendly, dedicated, and efficient. I really feel for him because it’s obvious how understaffed they are in that department . No matter how busy they are, I never see Chris lose his cool behind the counter. He addresses each and every customer and takes the each task in stride. I hope he’s being generously compensated.

I was looking for scalable freezer food bags. Doubted they sold them, but, as they do sell some food storage products and Staples is on my route home I stopped and asked a sales agent for confirmation

If I could give them a -5 ...I would. I had a UPS pick up item sent to this location.They acted like they couldn't find my package..Even lied and said UPS didnt come today. But I had a email from UPS saying my package was ready for pick up....after showing that and several attempts looking for my package...all of a sudden it shows up in the same area he looked...I will never have another package sent there..seems like alot of dishonesty and theft...goes on at this staples
