I frequently use this location for Amazon returns because the parking is convenient and the process is usually easy. However, one disappointing aspect is the customer service at the Amazon return desk. The employees are often very unfriendly and rarely acknowledge customers, even when greeted. I usually arrive in a good mood, but I often leave feeling uncomfortable because of their attitude. What is especially noticeable is that when returning several items at once, some employees seem even more displeased or impatient. While I understand that handling returns may not be the most enjoyable part of the job, customers should still be treated with basic courtesy and respect. It's unfortunate because the location itself is very convenient, but the customer service experience at the Amazon return desk has consistently been disappointing.

Staples needs betters store managers that are on their toes, sale staff should have a customer comes first mentality and are focused on quality service and product knowledge! Do they have any training from people that are experienced? When you are spending $500+ you should feel the sale is important to Staples and you’re not treated as if someone will replace you if you don’t make the purchase you had intended to make!

Alejandra and Nearly truly made my experience at this Staples exceptional at this location in K-Town. Alejandra helped me design and print a vinyl piece that I needed turned into a banner to sew on to a jacket, and she was incredibly patient throughout the entire process. What stood out most was how attentive and professional she was — while helping me, she also made sure to acknowledge and prioritize every customer who was waiting. She made everyone feel seen and cared for, not just me. I am so grateful for her knowledge, patience, and willingness to help. Every Staples needs staff like Alejandra. Nearly was also wonderful. She was very helpful over the phone, and when I arrived to pick up my order, she was warm, kind, and made sure I was completely happy with the final print job. She has great charisma and positive energy, which made the experience even better. It's great to see when staff cares to make sure your experience is wonderful. Btw- The print turned out amazing! Thank you Alejandra and Nearly. Alejandra and Nearly went above and beyond, and because of them, this Staples is now my go-to location. Highly recommend!

I had a great experience at Staples thanks to Sev, the print specialist. I was returning some items from SHEIN for the first time and honestly had no idea what to do. Sev was very kind, patient, and polite while helping me through the whole process. He explained everything clearly and made it very easy and stress-free. I really appreciate his help and great customer service. Thank you, Sev!
