Oscar in the Copy & Print Center was very helpful. He made sure my project came out perfectly. He is knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. Staples always help me with my projects. Diane is great, too. I know I am missing someone. I know my projects will get professional treatment in the Staples Copy & Print Center even when my projects are a bit complicated.

The atmosphere is pleasant, the staff is willing to help and answer your questions. Not many computers or laptop, oders are to be done on line only and picked up at the store. Also, it seems they teamed up with party city. Awesome right?

I had a poster print of my mom's picture for her birthday. And to my surprise I was also offered a discount. Yay!! They did a good job!!!

Had a very poor experience at this Staples location. The associate handling Amazon returns was openly complaining before I even approached, then acted rude and dismissive—she snatched my item, tossed it into a bag, and scolded me for bringing packaging (which I did to be safe). I was then told to wait elsewhere for my receipt. When I complained to the manager, instead of apologizing, she defended her behavior by blaming a broken printer. Operational issues are not an excuse for treating customers poorly. This was uncomfortable and unprofessional, and it will be my last visit to this store.
