Went into the store in the middle of the day on a Monday. It was dead yet 3/4 of the associates I asked for help were “too busy,” said they couldn’t help, or shrugged. One employee was running around doing all the work. What a joke. Left the store with my problem still unresolved. Go elsewhere if you want any customer service or help with materials you purchase.

I was doing an errand for my mom and I was a bit frazzled, but the printer associate, Nayelli, was very nice, helpful, and patient. She helped me navigate different paper types and guide me through different options for the printed project. All while she was helping me, she was also multi-tasking other things, such as helping other guests with UPS related tasks. Thank you so much Nayelli! You made running this print errand so much easier and smoother.

What a disappointing experience. We went in to print our wedding menus, and the employee assisting us left at the end of her shift without ensuring a proper handoff, leaving us without any assistance. We had simple questions such as whether we could print on paper purchased in the store but no one was able to provide an answer or help us further. We ultimately went to Office Depot, where the service was excellent and offered at the same price.

Desperately short staffed. I returned an Amazon package and there was a line with only one employee. The $10 off when returning is only when you spend $30 ( in the fine print). Unlike Kohl's, which doesn't require you to spend anything. Then later I needed to print something and there was a paper jam. I waited a very long time again.

I ran to the door at 9:01 I just needed raffle tickets and he refused me and closed the door on me, when I called he said if I got there 30 seconds passed 9 he would not help me. I have never experienced this kind of customer service I could have swiped my card for the raffle tickets while the people purchasing things inside were still there. What a joke, he was a male and he was African American he should be fired.
