I had a great experience at the Staples location in Hanford, California. I placed a last-minute online order only about 30 minutes before closing, and Mo went above and beyond to help me get everything I needed for the next day. He stayed at least 15 minutes after closing to make sure I found all the items I was looking for, find replacements for items that were not available, and provided excellent customer service the entire time. I truly appreciate the extra effort and would highly recommend this location to anyone looking for helpful and dependable service.

I understand that not every day is easy and everyone can have difficult moments, but unfortunately the employee was rude and the interaction did not feel professional or welcoming. I believe customer service is important, and I hope this can be addressed so future experiences are more positive.

Charging $1.49 for a black and white copy on cardstock is absolutely absurd in addition to this they wanted an Express fee for doing the work on the spot this place is completely empty we're talking about 60 black and white copies management should understand we have choices and I choose to go elsewhere hope everyone else does too.

Amazing store with a fantastic selection of office supplies! The staff is incredibly helpful and friendly, always ready to assist with anything I need. I love shopping here for my work and personal projects!

Really unprofessional place, not only do you have to wait a long time for no reason but you also get laughed at with other customers for asking questions. I don't know how this place is still open with only one person (not fit for the job) running the printing services. Half of the time you can't print because of technical difficulties with no solution.
