I needed to get some somewhat unusually long and narrow boxes to ship some items I had sold on eBay, so I stopped at Kelly Spicers store on Blackstone in fresno. As soon as I walked in the door a gentleman named Eric offered to assist me and I told him what I was looking for. He said they could get something like that quickly via order but that it would take some time, and I needed to ship immediately. He offered to give me some empty "stock boxes" in which they receive their wholesale merchandise, such as paper and envelopes. He was even going to place some merchandise on the shelves to free up some boxes just for me, but then he found several that were already empty and perfectly suited for my needs. When I offered to pay, he told me that I didn't need to worry about it because they were stock boxes and that I could have them. I was so happy at his pleasant and willing assistance, far beyond what I would generally expect. I will be sure to take every opportunity in the future to purchase any paper or any other supplies I need that they carry from them. They have an enormous selection of envelopes and paper, and I suggest you check them out if you need any of those things. Another special thanks to Eric for being so helpful and friendly. He really made my day!
