My review is for the customer service received without even being a customer. In a pinch I called a couple days ago asking questions about turn around time due to my order of prints from an different online print service was not communicating arrival date. Destiny (I believe) snapped into action getting the information I needed as well as quoted what my possible order could have been in the case my originals didn't come in on time. as a future customer it is a relief to know they are extremely kind and reliable!

I don't think I have ever loved and supported a business more than Print Shack, I have nothing but good things to say about their customer service, staff and products! For as long as I have printing needs I am using this business. I highly highly highly recommend, I have used multiple businesses in the past but none of them are as easy to work with as Print Shack! :)

The team here is so helpful and amazing! They printed everything for my wedding and were so thorough and detail oriented. They respond to emails so quickly and work together with you to make the best products! Would recommend anyone and will be using again!
