I came to pick up my poster board after getting a email saying it was ready. I asked the printer lady and she said it wasn't ready yet and she still had to mount it on the board. The whole process took about an hour from waiting in line to getting the board in my hand. Since this took longer then expected I had to rush to my next location so I didn't even have time to confirm if the print was good or not. I pulled it out the next morning to realize that only half of the poster had solid link, the bottom half the paint was faded and washed out to white. I guess the person who did the printing didn't care that only half the photo was only printed. For oblivious reason I cant share the photo of how it looks because it has sensitive company information.

I placed a large lamination order and they did an excellent job. It was finished within 24 hours, and that was on the weekend. Originally I went to the one on West Shaw and I did not get good service there. Some girl working there said she wasn't going to do it and referred me to the Blackstone store. Good save Blackstone store

Needed just double sided adhesive tape, and was in a hurry. I don't know this store, and on fact have not been in any OfficeMax. In spite of that, I could just follow the signs and found what I needed in no time. This store is organized and clean. That's not hard to do, but most stores have lost that touch. The only thing I did not like was the price.

I needed to do some last minute edits to my thesis and they helped me get the thesis printed with spiral bound and the 3 copies that I needed in very very short time. I realised in few hours that I had another typo to fix and they helped replace one paper to fix that on time! They are the best! They are very accommodating and helpful in critical times. Definitely recommend them!!! Having the copy department open until 9:00pm on week days is another huge plus! I cant thank you you enough but thank you so much!
