Awesome same day print services for my wedding! Stopped in to print some last minute stuff for my wedding - the day of & I am so happy with the quality of service. Sarah stays so busy & is the best. Definitely come in knowing what you want & how you want it _ it's a super easy process if you come prepared!

Have been at this location printing floor plan for years, instant service, great experience. today I was told by a gentleman that it has never been done that way and there will be $17 rush fee for next day pick up 9AM but regular price for noon. What a deal uhhh He had my file opened on his screen already. Had asked me all the questions. I think He did not want to choose a printer and hit Ctrl+P. Because that's all the other very nice ladies always do. Anyways called Fedex from the parking lot and they told me to come in for immediate printing service.

The last four times I've been to this Staples the service has been very slow and incompetent. For instance one time I went in there to ask for TurboTax software, The worker acted like they didn't know what I was talking about. Said they did not have that. I turned around to leave the store and there was a huge display by the exit door. I've also had some print jobs that were screwed up pretty badly. Like if anyone would have just looked at them they would have noticed. I've also been in a couple times to do some Amazon drop offs. This is obviously not their priority. Wait times are too long. Today in elderly lady came in and asked just to get one copy of a couple pieces of paper. The worker told her to go over to the kiosk and figure it out. Obviously the lady was there because she didn't know how to figure it out. I and another customer overheard it and he actually went over to help her. Meanwhile, I look over to see the only other worker in the store trying to figure out how to fix his earpiece. Bad customer service and understaffed

Absolutely the WORST customer service in the greatly understaffed printing/shipping depth. Personnel has no regard for customers with disabilities. They will leave you to help Amazon returns became it's easier and they do NOT care how long the line is. No supervising manager to check on the sloth-moving staff!

Amazing and helpful customer service at the Staples store in Cypress. They were knowledgeable and extremely helpful.
