Mike was very rude. I came in in my work clothes and while he was being rude yelling at customers to go in the correct line for purchases and not in Amazon he would yell that lineee isn’t for Amazon go to the other line in a rude manner and while I told him he was being rude he said ok Sean from rapids express. Very rude I will follow up with the owner of the store and have him do something about it because no customers should be treated that way by a employee I will send a letter to corporate as well because he was very very rude he literally said my name from my name tag and said ok Sean from rapids express and walked away no sorry no nothing can’t believe they hire such rude people here

I needed over a hundred Christmas letters printed on two separate pages, with black text on the first sheet (double sided) and color photos on a heavier glossier paper for the second sheet. I requested all pages have two folds so it would fit into a standard size envelope. The end result was exactly what I wanted.

Above and beyond, that’s what Jennifer did at Staples copy and print in helping me. I couldn’t seem to make the individual items I needed printed get sent. She helped me and that doesn’t cover it at all. On a deadline and nothing working to have someone step in and figure out how to make it work is Amazing. And I’m so grateful.

Customer service at print service was unacceptable for Staples. A rewards member I was very disappointed. No apology from the manager as I saw the staff waving her hands in the air after dealing with me. I told him I felt the same. Another customer had to briefly tell me how things work. Staff did not explain gave me an overall which I had no idea what she was saying. Very high strung and possibly medicated. Everyone else was very nice.

I’ve used this staples all my life, and they’re so convenient for projects personal and work. The website is so easy to navigate to personalize items and edit. This time around made personal stickers for my daughters bday and couldn’t be happier with the process, execution, price and service. :)
