They had one raffle box left in the store. Guy rang me up, asked if he had a bag to put the big box in, he said it’s ten cents, I don’t have cash on me just my card - guy wouldn’t give some good customer service to let 10 cents go…I drove here from Garden Grove to find the box and managed to get the one - guy said I have to charge, wouldn’t least ask his boss 😑. Don’t come to this store if you want good customer service - but if you want bad service totally come here 😐. Oh and their receipts don’t have the associates name to pin point them - Fullerton Office Depot is a no go….stay away.

I had a very important document to print and was going to make it to the store at exactly 6 PM. I called and kindly asked the worker if she could possibly wait one minute for me so that I could use the self print kiosk. She then told me good luck and if I didn’t make it by six, she was going to lock the door on me and not welcome me in. the good luck comment was very condescending and rude. She was very un polite and very unprofessional will not return to this location which is a bummer because I frequently shopped here and printed here.

I wanted to purchase a printer that was challenging to find in stock at most stores. I saw that this Fullerton Office Depot I could order it online but was using several gift cards and found it challenging. I called and Matt immediately answered he was professional and helpful and honest and detailed in his responses. We drove to Fullerton from Laguna and he continued helping us with the purchase at the register and even helped us out to our car after we also decided to buy an office chair! 5 stars all around for this guy, wish I could get this kind of service everywhere! Give this guy a promotion or raise he deserves it!

Love coming here to buy last minute supplies and to ship off some packages. Linda was incredibly helpful! Especially during the stressful times of the holidays, she was able to help multiple customers and also check in on me when I needed help. So thankful for the staff today!
