Adrian the manager went above and beyond today! He helped my boss and I get our marketing packets together and they came out wonderful!!! I know he didn’t need to do all he did to help us, but it was GREATLY APPRECIATED!!! Thank you Adrian, you are the type of leader more companies need. And thank you Jillian for jumping in to help us finish up! We appreciate you both and will DEFINITELY be back!

Jillian was Amazing behind the printing services. Helping multiple people at the same time while her coworkers unfortunately just hung in the back chatting and playing on their cell phones. Give that woman a rise.

Both the person who helped me purchase the labels and especially the person who helped me with the printing of the labels (we had 2 different purchases) - they were both wonderful! The young man who helped with the printing was friendly, professional, helpful, and best of all took the time to do a proof and make sure they were printing perfectly! Thank you so much for the excellent service!

Bought an office chair that didn't have a price listed in the display. The cashier lied to me and told me he was giving me a discount, so that the extended warranty would be free. During the checkout when I asked him about the $299 price, and said I would prefer that price without the warranty he again lied and said that the $299 price was the discounted price. The retail price listed online is the same price as what he gave me.

NEVER buy a laptop from Staples!!! They resell returned and dead laptops. We purchased a laptop using Staples Rewards that were expiring. Since we did not need the laptop immediately, we just placed it in our closet. When we needed the laptop, upon opening it, we found a note that stated, "D.O.A. No image, and no image on external display either" (see pictures). When we called, they said the return policy was 14 days, or we could contact HP and claim a one-year warranty. We asked how they could sell a dead-on-arrival laptop. They responded that they didn't know as they didn't open every box. A previous customer must have returned this one, and Staples just resealed the box and resold it. Our mistake was that we didn't open it within 14 days of purchase. We trust that everyone is ethical. We lost $800.
