I had a pretty frustrating experience at this Staples location. One employee initially helped me and was very kind—she asked if I knew how to email my document for printing, and after I said yes, she let me continue without any issues. However, things went downhill when another employee stepped in. She asked if I was placing an order, and I told her I just needed one print. She immediately told me not to email anything and insisted I use the self-service printer instead. This was confusing because I’ve always been able to email documents at Staples for printing, and no one has ever told me otherwise. I went along with it, but then realized the machine only accepted card payments, and I only had cash. When I told her this, she kept refusing to help and repeatedly directed me back to the machine instead of offering a solution. It felt like she just didn’t want to assist me at all. Eventually, she agreed to help, but her attitude was very disappointing. She spoke to me in a demeaning and belittling tone, as if helping me was a burden. It came across as rude and dismissive, which made the whole interaction uncomfortable. Customer service should be consistent and respectful. I understand policies may vary, but there’s no excuse for treating customers this way.

I had a great experience here shopping for a party supplies. It’s cool that they are keeping party city alive. I also didn’t know, but you can return Amazon packages. That’s nice.

My Cypress Staples is terrific! It always has what I am looking for relative to office supplies and my printing needs. In addition to the quantity of selection the quality and price points are perfect! Staples is my go to office supply store!

I had a rush print job and Sara at Staples went above and beyond to make sure I was completely satisfied. She managed expectations perfectly, under-promised and over-delivered, and completed my order quickly without sacrificing quality. Her professionalism, efficiency, and attention to detail truly stood out. I will definitely continue to work with her in the future. Kudos to Sara — she’s outstanding!

This place and its service is awful. I came here to do my TSA Pre check and I had an appointment at 1:30pm. I arrived at 1:25pm and the lady up in the front told me that the guy left to go on his break and will be back in 30 mins. When I told her that I had an appointment at 1:30, she just said “he usually times his break around the appointments”. Okay and?? It’s 1:30pm and now I have to wait another 30 mins to be helped. I don’t think this guy really timed his break around the appointments. If he did then he’s doing a terrible job with his time management. What’s the point of having an appointment if I have to wait on someone to come back from their break.
