All of the Customer Service people were extremely helpful. One of the people walked me to a product that I was unsure of what ink to buy for my printer. I highly recommend the store. When I made a purchase, they took me to my Staples Reward App, and I earned $20.00 in rewards for my next visit.

The Orange store is friendly and helpful and every way and at every station! I drive the extra mile to go to that store. The Yorba Linda store is not very friendly or helpful so I’m really thankful for the associates in the Orange store especially Mike!

My motivation for going, their picking up of party city supplies, singing balloons. Birthday cards are great, humorous. Staff was Professional, friendly, knowledgeable Only thing missing: singing happy birthday balloons!!!

Michael was amazing. Saw me asked me if I needed help. I bought a chair he carried it to the front and put it in a basket for me. Took me right up to the register, super nice guy and professional. Need to keep Michael forever! Thank you sir!

Amazon Returns: I have been a loyal Staples customer since the location on North Tustin Street opened. As a teacher, I appreciated how those in our profession were supported and valued. However, the check-out process and Amazon returns lane has really gone downhill and on my recent visit was downright unprofessional. Understandably, there is a dedicated lane for Amazon returns. But, I waited at the front of that lane while a clerk logged in, helped one customer in the regular lane and then closed their station. No comment like "we will be right with you"..."sorry for the wait"...nothing. Maybe try another store if handling Amazon returns.
