Great, friendly staff. Off street parking but it was always easy to find a spot and there is a garage if the street is full. Shipped things here in advance of show at Convention Center. Easy pick up. Easy drop off. Fully supplied Fed Ex store. Great location only a few minutes drive from Convention Center. Very clean

Waited over 30 minutes just to get a “code” to print my job. The manager didn’t even show empathy they just say sorry you have to wait. 😢 I should have used UPS for my print job. They seemed overwhelmed here and they don’t care.

I had to ship out a Mercari order and didn’t realize I ran out of boxes. Raymond was very nice and was able to find me a box to ship my item and even printed my label for me. I was in and out quickly and very much appreciate that since I dropped this off during my lunch.

Use this FedEx to ship Jumping Spiders. You can use the parking structure across the street. It has free 2 hr parking, but if you cannot find a space there, fedex will validate your parking ticket to 2 hrs.

Stopped by to pick up a package. I showed my ID to the employee behind the counter. Confirmed the amount of packages I was picking up. Got it quickly after that exchange. It's nice and cool inside the store if you want to avoid the heat outside. There's parking on the street for 90 minutes.
