I was trying to print something from the Staples website late at night for a big sales meeting the next day for my business and the option for "pick up" was not coming up. I called the Staples the next morning and spoke to Diane or Diana (I Don't remember which one). She was amazing, very sweet and explained the paper I had chosen for the booklets was out of stock and choosing another one who clear that up. Not only did she help me out, but the order was done within a few hours! (Probably a slow day) and I was able to get to my meeting with the material. She's amazing, thank you. The booklet made a huge difference.

This was my 1st time picking up a print order at the W. Camelback Rd store in Arizona. It was an order for an event at work so I was extra careful about making sure everything we ordered was there and printed correctly. I had placed the order online and expected an email notification that my order was ready as indicated on the website. I did not receive an email notification that my order was ready. And when I mentioned that at pick the young, dark haired, female employee said they couldn't help me with that and referred me to the website. Then upon pick up, the same staff member at the printing desk made a comment that it would take a while to count and review my items cause 2 of the 3 items had a quantity of 50 pgs. I informed her that's okay because I need to review my order for accuracy. She seemed like she was trying to rush me to just accept and pick up my order and sign for it so she could get to her next task. Our print orders came out great. I just wished I'd received better customer service.

Recently had to print out some business cards and I love how amazing and easy it was with Staples. Both the online customization, and the quality of the cards were amazing. Highly recommend using their website for any printing needs.

I was looking for single envelopes, and was told by the very friendly staff that they sadly only had multi packs. I decided to take the multi pack anyway, and when I arrived at check-out they were kind enough to give me a small discount since it wasn't exactly what I was looking for, without me asking for it. It's a small gesture but it goes a really long way, and I felt very valued as a customer. I'm only passing through, but if anyone is looking for a great selection of office goods and most importantly: friendly and professional staff, then this is the place to be!
