Staples staff customer service is top notch, especially in this day and age where it seems no existent. They are kind, knowledgeable and fast and the prices are great and my order was ready much sooner than scheduled.

Thank you Beth for providing beyond excellent customer service on a somewhat unusual and complex return of a faulty Epson printer. She took the time to process everything with kindness and a willingness to help even though I'm sure another person could have pulled "policy" cards and made the process difficult. Because of this we wanted to ensure we purchased the replacement from this store, rather than going to a different retailer altogether. It's hard to find people in retail service positions who still take this kind of care with the customer lately. Thank you!

Tim at Staples on Central Ave and Osborne is Very helpful and gladly took time to check stock and allow me to review my printing needs and font for the best results. Although he was extremely busy with no coworkers to assist/support him, he made me feel like I was the most important customer. I recommend him to be recognized for his service and encourage anyone with printing needs to ask for him!
