Rochelle took care of my 2 custom sized prints and made sure I was satisfied with what I was receiving! She was also the only employee behind the print center and helping so many other customers in between! I really appreciate her help & efficiency. It took a little over one hour but was so worth it!! Owen and Cindy at the printing center were exceptional. They handled my printing and laminating job with care, precision, and a level of attention that's hard to find these days. Both were friendly, professional, and clearly took pride in the quality of their work — the finished product looked sharp and was ready faster than I expected. If you need anything printed or laminated, ask for Owen or Cindy. They turned a routine errand into a genuinely great experience!

I was extremely happy with the service at Staples in Tempe. Service was amazing and everyone was great in helping me create a business account. Only negative is the parking lost and surroundings of the building were filled with trash and broken glass.

Staples on Broadway in Tempe is my go-to office supply store. Always organized, with great staff, and they will price match. I stopped in to buy my favorite, hidden treasure for organizing my business paperwork--plastic project pockets 5/$5, but sadly they were out. Laurie made it her mission to find them for me and found them at another store in Tempe. Thank you for taking the time, Laurie. Made my day!

Great customer service and well managed/organized store. The only thing keeping it from a five-star is that the inventory has been downsized in recent years. If you want something slightly less common, you need to visit them online. The store only has the base needs. Granted, that’s probably the case with more retailers in 2025.
