I was having a problem sending in the file I needed printed and Paris assisted me with the whole process and made sure my items were printed to my liking. He took time to go above and beyond and it’s much appreciated!

I had an exceptional experience at this Staples location last night (03/11/2026) thanks to Dewy. I visited with specific questions regarding one of my business cost overhead’s, and he was absolutely phenomenal. He was incredibly knowledgeable, answered every one of my questions with total clarity, and provided actionable advice that will truly help me save on my business costs. It is rare to encounter someone so dedicated to providing high-quality, efficient service. He didn't just help me find products; he provided real solutions. His professionalism and expertise made a significant impact on my experience. Staples is fortunate to have him on their team—he is a true asset.

NEVER PURCHASE A WARRANTY AT THIS STORE! The in-store shopping experience was quite challenging, stores reps are not fully aware of warranty/insurance related transaction processes, and do not complete in-store administrative transactions related to warranty/insurances (on account of their unfamiliarity with the documentation processes). From a business owner perspective, that lack of positive process control makes business-related purchases (related to technology) a liability, and lacks dependability. Reliability and dependability is a coin toss based on whose working their at the time of your shopping. ALWAYS GET A DIGITAL RECEIPT from this store, even if you choose to receive a physical one.

Employees at this location need serious Customer Service training or re-training. They will see you standing at the Amazon counter waiting for service, even make direct eye contact, but say nor do anything to get anyone to the desk to assist you.

I just had the worst customer service experience ever. The girls at the return it area do not greet you or anything. Don’t even look at you. The African American girl that assisted was very rude and just pointed me in a direction like I was some damn dog. No hello, please, thank you nothing. Ewww will not return to that store.
