I recently visited Staples to pick up an order, and while the overall process was fine, I did notice something that really bothered me about the customer service experience. When I handed over my ID for verification, instead of handing it back to me directly, the staff member just placed it flat on the counter and didn’t return it to my hand. It's a small detail, but it makes a big difference in terms of courtesy and attentiveness. Just handing the ID directly back would be a more respectful and professional gesture. I hope Staples can consider this small but important upgrade in their customer service approach.

this location has the most unhelpful staff, an amazon return takes ages even it there are available- Mike and MC with ZERO customers seeing me in line for an amazon return while the lady attending a customer for printing for at least 10 minutes only until another customer came up with a box in her hands behind me is when finally JC decired to walk up to help the printing lady, you couldve absolutely been helpful way before this instead standing behind the register scrolling through your phone. Go anywhere else this place is careless & unprofessional

Once a year, I visit Staples to pick up a day planner. It's always a mundane trip. But visiting Staples with my six-year-old daughter recently made me appreciate the store. There are toys, games, different color markers and Post-It notes, and more. She ran down every aisle with so much joy and glee. It made me see Staples as a magical wonderland. To top it all off, the worker who checked us out at the end was so kind and funny!

I came in with an Amazon return and Jon looked at my package and immediately made a face. Didn't greet me either, just looked bothered from the get go to be doing his job. When he scanned my QR code he didn't mention a receipt so I stood there for a bit and in a sarcastic manner Jon said "k, have a nice day" kind of like shooshing me away. I turned around and started to walk away and as I was walking he says "you're welcome?" as if I'm going to thank him for his rude and unprofessional attitude. It's always something with employee's attitudes and rudeness at this location. I don't know if Jon was having a bad day or what it was but if he hates his job so much then maybe don't work there.

I use Staples at the Central and Osborn location often and always receive friendly, quality service. Adrienne is an amazing associate.
