Friendly and Fast customer service. All staff were incredibly helpful and kind. Busy store and location but they do a great job keeping up with everything. Extremely hard workers. Staples always is my go to for office supply needs. I have never had an issue using print services online. I especially like the convenience of the self serve print services. Quick and easy and back on the road

The Hispanic guy with the beard that was working at the printing area never acknowledged me when I clearly was in front of others and he started helping 3 other parties behind me. It wasn’t until I mentioned what I was there for, to be acknowledged. I understand they are busy during this time of year but why start helping others behind someone that clearly is standing in front of the rest….. I even rolled up my own my own wrapping paper, that people thought I was an employee

I only come to office supply stores when I need to print items. I knew I’d specifically need help checking the format of a flyer I needed printed so I went directly to the printing counter to ask for help. Not only did the two employees working the print counter look entirely annoyed that I was asking for help, but neither even bothered to stop what they were doing to actually make sure I got what I needed. I ended up printing 10 copies at the wrong size and wasted time figuring out how to fix it on my own because of these rude employees.

The man who helped me pick up my order was fantastic. I pre-ordered online. My item was exactly as I ordered. I was in and out of there very quickly and there was absolutely no issues. I ordered business cards and they exceeded my expectations. You don't know what you're going to get with same-day service but they looked very professional.
