Thank you so much to the Staples printing team. Everyone was so helpful, from Jeffery taking the time to sit with me to place my order. He went over everything to make sure my sizing and quantity was perfect. He was so patient and I made sure to have a spreadsheet and usb with all of my formatting done to make the process easier on them. Then the ladies Regina & Bee, were so much fun. These ladies reviewed every detail with me and made sure my designs were perfect during pick up. You can tell all hands was on deck to get all of the prints done and ON TIME and made sure everything was perfect. I spent over $500 but they helped me save $150 on my order. As the host of my sister’s baby shower I honestly could not have did it without the entire Staples team. Thank you so much for all your help, I will definitely be back to this location for all of my printing needs. THAT WAS EASY! 📍😊

This Staples is my go to store! Renisha is very friendly and nice. She is always happy and very welcoming with a smile! I am always happy to see her, she is wonferful! Jennifer is a great manager as well, from long line at returns/shipping counter to overwhelming wrapping paper order lines,, she always try to help customer to get what they need ans get out quick. They also offers TSA enrollment which was super quick and easy, the staff explained the detail well and answered my questions. This store have everything I need and the staff are awesome!

I am writing to express my concern regarding the customer service I experienced at your Houston location at 1919 Taylor St on the morning of November 6, 2025, between 8:00 and 8:30 AM. I frequently visit this store to complete Amazon returns, and unfortunately, I’ve consistently encountered poor service from one of the staff members working in the mornings. On this particular visit, I waited 3–5 minutes at the counter without being acknowledged while the employee conversed with a colleague about changing a password. I was then asked to step away from the counter and wait by the Amazon Drop-Off sign (literally 3 feet from the counter), where I waited another few minutes before being called BACK to the counter and assisted. After completing my return, the employee insisted I walk around to the exit door before handing me my receipt, which felt unnecessarily inconvenient. I told her to hand me my receipt right here at the counter I'm currently being serviced at like everyone else does. I did not ask for her name, as I was unsure I would receive an honest response, but I do have a photo of her if needed. This experience, along with previous ones, has made me feel unwelcome and undervalued as a customer. The overall attitude of the morning staff seems tense and lacking in basic customer service skills.

Want to recycle your batteries? As of June 2026, Staples’ CEO has enacted a wonderful new policy that will allow you to do so for $2.99 per battery (as in, you get to pay to recycle your batteries 😭). Greenwashing at its finest. Just say you don’t recycle consumer goods anymore instead of this nonsense.

I regularly visit this Staples location for print services and last minute supplies, purely due to the convenience of the location. Unfortunately, I have rarely ever had any good customer service experience. The staff here are incredibly rude and I always feel like an inconvenience when asking for assistance. Even when calling the store to ask a simple question, the store associate put me on hold before I was even able to finish my sentence. I've been on hold for 25 minutes now. It's a shame, I hope they will improve their customer service.
