Had an awesome first experience designing and printing a banner with Staples. The website is so easy to use and helps stimulate creativity. I designed the perfect, unique banner and had it printed in 1 day. I was able to use a coupon offer and received a professional, personalized banner for a very reasonable cost.

Store was totally empty. I brought in a few Amazon returns. She let out a sigh when she saw me and then very slowly started packing up (presumably full) collection boxes for Amazon returns. Then she decided to do another one. The line is building up...maybe 5 returns behind me now and we still haven't started the transaction. Then she takes those boxes to a cart, and starts building 2 more boxes. The line is wrapping aroynd to the front door. This is the stuff you do when the store is slower...not when it starts to get busy smh 🙄 She threw the returns into the box without any care at all, possibly damaging some of the finer electronics. Completely ridiculous! Zero customer service skills/friendliness. This worker does not want to be here and is making your customers pay for it by intentionally dragging her pace.

Went to the Staples in Lake Worth. I had two amazing ladies help me order my daughters graduation invitations. They went above and beyond to walk me through every step and to have the pictures turned out perfect.

Make sure that you press black and white when printing documents or it will default to original and charge you for color printing which is double the price even if the original is black and white. Also, the ladies at the printing desk need some diversity training. They don't treat all of the customers with the same respect. I always use the self service but at my last visit I saw an employee essentially refusing to help a customer when she was available.

I have been using the services of the Print and Copy Center for a variety of tasks in the past few months. The staff here, particularly Danielle, have been very friendly, professional, and courteous. She has even had some pointers and tips to make my documents and photo arrays look even better ! She is the reason why I go to this location for special jobs. Please note that Amy, Nathan, and Austin have also been very helpful. These fine people even helped carry my boundaries script documents to my car safely when it was raining ! Thank you, Danielle, for being so helpful, friendly, and professional !
