I designed my business cards and sent them to Staples.com through the print portal. They were ready next day! 500 full color both sides for less that $45. Excellent quality, service, and price!!

I used to rave about this location because the lady in the print shop was always so great and pleasant. However, my last two visits haven’t been as warm. It feels like it takes an act of Congress to get my print order processed, or they can’t seem to find my points. I usually just brush it off and say, “Maybe next time,” but I get emails all the time saying I have money to use toward my next purchase—so it’s confusing. Then last night, the cashier at the front told everyone to have a great day—except me. I had to laugh because it was clearly intentional. That’s all I have to say about that.

My mother passed away recently. Her children wanted to make a tribute book for her funeral. Staples went above and beyond to make this happen for us. We are all so grateful. I have told everyone I can think of about your professionalism and caring customer service. Thank you so much!

Some the kindest people I have ever met. They helped me with my passport troubles and were extremely patient and helpful. They had lent me a shirt of their own for my passport photo because mine matched the background and one of them literally prayed over me when I started sobbing in middle of the store. Amazing people.

I had a terrible experience at this Staples yesterday. The two people working in the Print area were both rude and visibly annoyed from the start. I had simple questions about how to print my documents (it was my first time using their setup), and instead of helping, they acted like I was bothering them. The woman handed me a tiny card with three vague steps on it and clearly didn’t want to explain anything further. The guy had an attitude with another customer trying to do the same thing I was doing. No patience. No effort to help. No customer service whatsoever. Three things: 1. Simplify your printing process. 2. Give real instructions — not a half-baked business card. 3. Hire people who don’t hate their jobs. I’ll be going to FedEx Print & Ship from now on. At least they actually act like they want your business.
