Store was clean but probably because they don’t get alot of traffic because there was ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE. No “hello” when you walk in, no “goodbye” when you leave. Nobody is in any hurry whatsoever; In fact, all of them are moving in slow motion. You could be standing there, and you would almost question if you were visible to anybody… I had to look around to see if anybody else was being helped but I wasn’t the only one being ignored. It was slightly comical actually because I almost thought I was on a prank show or something but unfortunately I wasn’t 🤣 YES IT WAS THAT BAD. I left 1 star for cleanliness and 1 star for the print quality of the cards I had printed

I came in this evening to fax a document. I was in the store for an hour to do this. The young lady at the print center was working alone and although I understand you appeared to be very tired, she was very rude. She just walked up and stood there, no greeting or anything. I watched a line form several times while she clearly saw them but was finishing what she was doing in the back room. She told one customer, Amazon shipping is over there where it says Amazon. We do not work here so although it may be common sense to you, it isn’t common to the customer. I get it, she had a boot on her foot and was exhausted, please give the customers that come in to keep this store open the same grace that you want to receive because you are tired and working alone. I stood there an hour trying to fax something and this young lady tried her best and successful succeeded in not helping. Repeatedly I just watched customers stand at that desk for what seemed like mins until she got good and ready to help them. Making sure that she walked up to them looking annoyed and not greeting anyone. I don’t think I’ll be back and I’ll let anyone I know about this experience. You should really treat the customers better because you don’t know who WE know.

Good Afternoon! My experience with Staples would have been 5 stars. The associate at the time did not provide good service. She would barely talk to me, she did not show the different options and/ or go over prices. At the time she was the only one working in that area. She did not acknowledge potential customer when they walked up. She looked very angry and unkept. Not one time did she smile or appreciate any of us for choosing Staples for our office needs etc…. The print outcome I’ll give 10 stars. Very happy

I rarely write bad reviews, but the experience I had here today at 6:23 PM was unacceptable. I came in for an Amazon return and was assisted by a male employee wearing a grey T-shirt (Staples uniform). He was incredibly disrespectful, dismissive, and acted as if he was doing me a favor. I am a paying customer, not asking for a handout. His irresponsible attitude and lack of support were unprofessional. I hope management addresses this specific staff member's behavior immediately. Customers deserve to be treated with basic respect."

When Mansfield Toastmasters unexpectedly needed someone to replace their VP of Membership, I volunteered. I had to ensure that each new member receives a “new member packet” containing the necessary printed information to get started. From a printing aspect, this packet had a complicated mix of color and black-and-white, as well as a combination of double-sided and single-sided documents. The employee at the printing station said that they had a full workload already booked. It would take days before that work is finished. I couldn’t wait that long because we were getting several new members every week. She suggested that I could use the DIY printing station. She walked me through my first few documents. I was impressed with the sophistication of their copier. It didn’t take more than 30 minutes to do all the packets for five new members. At the current rate of new visitors joining, I may have to revisit Staples soon. I was very happy with the result and the assistance. The previous printer I visited was still waiting for its color cartridges. They’ve been waiting for a month! I highly recommend Staples.
