I've used Office Depot in several locations throughout DFW, and I can say that the Arlington location is great. I've worked with "Cole" in the printing station dept - the BEST!As someone who has worked in the customer service sector, Cole is amazing, extremely knowledgeable, super helpful, and very friendly. I will drive out of my way or try to arrange my schedule when I need something done just to go to this location. If Cole is not there, everyone else that has helped me in that store is also great! 5 stars all around! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Having a small business is not easy, this location been helping since day one. Joseph and Cole very knowledgeable on the marketing/signs/business cards. I appreciate them!!!

Terrible customer service and lack of professionalism. I waited over 30 minutes for my calendars to be printed, only to be told the machine was slow. When I finally received them, they were printed in the wrong size, on paper I never requested, with very poor print quality. The worst part was that the manager refused to assist me or issue a refund, despite the mistake being entirely theirs and the fact that I did not want or accept the job. This experience was frustrating, disrespectful, and a complete waste of time. I will not be returning and do not recommend this business to anyone who values their time and money.

Valen is technically well informed, yet provides great personalized service! He provided helpful information, instructions on completing a self-help item, and responded to my questions and needs thoroughly. A pleasant place for printing needs!

Joseph! Sir! You are such a blessing. You were extremely kind and went above and beyond helping me print and cut items for a memorial of my coworker. This company is lucky yo have a person like you. You need to be cloned.
