CUSTOMERS NOT ALLOWED TO USE RESTROOMS. Ive been coming here for years related to business needs and, most recently, because of their efficient Amazon return processes. Today, I was shopping when a stomach bug hit. Very poor timing as the restrooms, previously for shoppers, are now only for employees. Being in a bit of distress, I searched for an employee and asked if this is accurate. Without asking for further detail, I was met with a “yes, the restrooms are only for employees”. Dangit, I’m sure they won’t miss me as a customer and I always hope businesses stay open, but I will be looking for a shopping alternative. I firmly believe we (the customer) take care of the business by shopping with them while they (the business) should care for the customer. Thankful the close-by Walgreens provides what customers need. Very poor decision, Staples.
