I had an amazing experience at Staples! 100 Powell Pl., Nashville, TN…. I needed a banner printed for our second grade Field Day, and they truly came through for me. The associate who assisted me was absolutely wonderful very patient, knowledgeable, and professional. They answered all of my questions and helped me find the best solution for my situation. I came in with a dilemma, and they made it simple by recommending the perfect setup for an easy-to-carry banner for my students. Because of their help, everything turned out exactly how I needed it. I truly appreciate the excellent customer service and support. Thank you for helping make our Field Day special for my class!

Great coupon on printing banners. They were fast and an employee asked me how I liked it and offered to reprint it when I said it was a little more pixelated than I’d hoped. Very good customer service.

I very rarely take time to write a review. So this is rare. I’m sorry to say, as a more senior person I have no idea how to transfer what I want to print to the color printer at Staples. Well, a very kind, helpful employee, Nickisha took time from all the work she needed to take care of to help me. This was at the Thompson Lane store in Nashville. It’s nice to know there are still kind people in the world. Thank you Nickisha!!!!
