Camryn Kime a month agoWent 3 times this week to try and complete TSA Pre-Check. First time we were out of the scheduled hours for TSA, which conveniently are only posted on the door of staples, nowhere online so we couldn’t plan appropriately. I’ll add the picture of the hours in case anyone else would like to go during their work day! Other 2 times we were within 15 minutes of their TSA hours ending (once before their lunch break and once before end of day) and were told both times they cannot do it because it takes 10 minutes for the computer to start up. Ok, then put that on your signs?? When you are only available to do this service during normal working hours and only on weekdays, a little flexibility would be appreciated, especially since we left work early for this. They gave us some crap excuse about how it has to be completed before 5pm otherwise it wouldn’t go through, but a quick Google search disproves that. I know that only certain employees can complete this, but twice we were told by the employee who would’ve been completing it that they cannot. Seems like a general unwillingness to do their job. TLDR: don’t go to this Staples for any travel services, you would be better off going to the airport 30 minutes earlier to do whatever you need.
Jeremy Griffin 2 months agoI have used their poster services multiple times and the last two times they a). destroyed a poster I valued (not a digital I had them make) while laminating it, b.) given a second chance failed to provide a paid-for lamination, did not show me the error before I left the store, and took forever to provide initial customer service. Highly unlikely to give them a third chance.
Kendra Berry 9 months agoToday is September the 30th 2025. The elderly woman at the counter is rude and has a nasty tone and demeanor when speaking to people. She dealt with my son in an unkind way, he came back to the car upset, so on an injured leg I got out to see what was happening. Sometimes children can misunderstand the tone of an adult so I’m never quick to assume the worst. The minute I walked in she was nasty, and dismissive, had a chip on her shoulder that I wish I could have knocked off but I’m adamant about parents being a sober minded examples to their children. Thankfully there was another young woman there who seemed more pleasant but was quiet during the interaction, in my opinion people who stay silent when other people are being nasty to someone can also be an issue but she was pleasant so I’ll leave it at that. The young lady took over helping me but the elderly lady kept interjecting her nasty tone, words, obvious next steps, and demeanor where she could. I suppose she didn’t like that I started to ignore her blatant disrespect. I asked the young woman was she in training because the elderly woman was almost in her skin trying to be involved in my transaction process, the young woman said no and I advised the elderly woman to stop speaking to me and my son. Customer service is a lost art. If you’re going to put someone at the customer service counter make sure their customer service isn’t reserved for only people with brighter skin tones. She’s a disgusting woman, 10 years in Tulsa, shop at this store all the time and my first time encountering such a horrible representation of Staples.
Pete Goltra a month agoStaples, 71st and 169 Highway. Tim, Manager and Ron, Assistant Manager always call me by name. It makes my day! Last Friday and Saturday I needed two large orders in printing. Ben in printing informed me how I can receive more copies and it would be $ 5.00 less money. He talked to me like I talk to my customers at City of Glenpool Conference Center. Like I like to be talked to. I talk to people like it was my money being spent and Ben did the same to me. As if it was his money being spent. I will always come back to this store. David Patuto 2 months agoI purchased a gaming chair for my son at this store. The cashier sold me Asurion warranty coverage for the chair saying that it covers everything and would be no problem getting it covered. I just tried to file a claim on the chair; however, the issue isn't covered. I will not do business with this organization again and will make sure people are aware that Asurion is worthless! Do not waste your money.
