I have enjoyed my experience at the Staples-Tulsa Hills. Kevin and Isaac were very helpful when I was looking to purchase office furniture and equipment. The printing department has been very helpful and provided excellent service. I'm thankful for the professionalism and courtesy that I receive from their team each time I visit.

Let me tell you, let me tell you. I had no idea that Staples made graduation invitations and at a high quality. I was very well pleased with the service, pricing, and speed. I will return, especially to the one in Tulsa Hills. The GM Kevin was awesome. Thanks, again.

We went to get a specific printer. They couldn't have been nicer to find one for us and extra ink. It came to our house in two days. We are getting ready to move an decided, we would leave it packed for the move. However we are also closing on a burial property and needed to copy and scan the contract back. We went today and it went through perfectly! It's a great store and great customer service.

Maybe this Staples Staples employee was already having a bad day. Because I’ve never had a single bad experience in Staples before; in fact, I’ve always found the staff friendly and helpful, with a couple of them going above and beyond for me, which I still appreciate SoI had bought a Canon printer at your store, which followed a rotten snag I had with HP. In my experience, HP aggressively pushed their subscriptions, then would not let you go, not if you wanted to use the ink they kept sending you and charging monthly for it. So I went through the starter ink provided in my Canon PIXMA TR4720, then installed new cartridges that I had purchased at Staples. My printer has not worked since. I spent two hours on the phone with a Canon representative and, believe me, we tried everything. Still no printing. At a loss, I headed to Staples spoke with a Staples employee — I didn’t get his name, but he is a middle-aged and balding, with some brown hair. I rationally expressed my frustration with the printer that I had bought at Staples and I wanted to know which, if any, printers do not require a subscription, or at least don’t corner you in. This employee never really answered that, nor did he take my theory seriously at all. He kept repeating that all of his training never indicated such a possibility and besides, he sold hundreds of printers without complaint,. At no time was I mean or threatening or even sarcastic. Neither of us raised our voices, but I was adamant about my view. Once I realized that we were going in a loop, I told him so. I thanked him and headed toward the door. Then I hear: GET OUT OF MY STORE. I thought, surely he didn’t say that, so I turned around and asked him what he said. Indeed he repeated it and then threatened to get security — and I’m nearly to the door to leave anyway! And at 67 years old, I doubt I presented myself as a threat. This saddens me because I no longer feel welcome in that store and now I must find another one, like Best Buy. And my printer, it still doesn’t work. Regards, Penny Owen

This location just started taking Amazon returns and it seems like the employees totally resent it, been there twice but at least the first guy was professional enough to pretend like a normal person. I just left there after dropping off a few Amazon (4 total) and the employee just said 'here' to hand me the receipt and he actually asked me if I wanted my receipt. Um yea, I do want the receipt. How else will I prove that I even dropped them off and someone there isn't just going to take my items? Quick question to that employee, would YOU want your receipt?? Hope he has a better day - he could certainly take a lesson from the customers on customer service. I was much friendlier to him than he looked like he was going to be all day. Not sure how he even got the job.
