Steve from the Staples location in Wake Forest, NC was AWESOME!! I had to go for my TSA precheck. He was kind, gentle, and explained everything with patience. He was also very personable. Steve was very accommodating being that I am recovering from chemo and radiation he took notice and made sure to try and cheer me up. He really did brighten my day. Thank You for being a nice human being Steve, those are hard to come by these days 💜

So I came here to complete my TSA pre-check, and Steve helped me out. He was just the best. Turns out he was well acquainted with the country I was going to since he lived there himself, we had a great conversation and he was super helpful on assisting me and filling me more in about where I was going!

I visited this location to ship an item and use the self-service printing station and made an honest mistake by not properly checking out, which resulted in an unexpected charge of on my account. I contacted the store for assistance and the charge was ultimately refunded, which I appreciate. I also want to acknowledge the two young women who were working when I first arrived—they were incredibly kind, patient, and helpful, and their customer service was excellent. However, my interaction with the assistant manager was disappointing when I called about the charge. The conversation began in a condescending tone, which made an already stressful situation more difficult. It wasn’t until I highlighted his tone that the call improved. While I’m grateful the billing issue was corrected and appreciate the support from the staff who assisted me, I hope for more consistent professionalism and respectful communication from management. Needless to say, I won’t be returning in the future.

Absolutely horrible customer service when I tried to pick up my prints. Staff wouldnt even acknowledge/greet me when I was waiting for assistance [in the correct location] where it was posted to pick up the prints. Staff was on personal phone and ignored me standing there. Went to another staff member but he was clueless as to help. I would've recommend this location for services again. Next time I will use UPS.

Staples no longer provides receipts for Amazon returns. When I asked for the receipts in case something goes wrong with Amazon(which often does) I was sent to the Print Counter for the receipts. The associate at the print counter acted perturbed and inconvenienced that I would ask for proof of return. His response was, “Didn’t you get the email?” No, sir. I did not. The emails do not come through instantaneously and I will not walk out of the store without proof. I implore management to go back to providing the option for a receipt at the drop off counter.
