I used to go to Office Depot for my print needs and it was usually a drag and burdensome. Staples has blown me away with the level of customer service. They always have specials and really fast turn around time. The associate Sara was very helpful during my last 2 purchases. Very pleasant, knowledgeable and she really takes pride in her work. She gets invested in her work and it feels good to hear my projects turned out great before she even revealed them to me. The associate Samiha also provided great customer service and I am happy to have worked with these young ladies. Such a great team. I feel so confident bringing my business to Staples.

Went to Staples to get some binding done and Samiha was so helpful! They did a great job and initially said it was typically a 24 hour turnaround (which was no problem at all), but she was able to get it done while I did other shopping! Highly recommend this Staples for print / binding work.

Went in to pick up business cards only to find out they changed them from matte to glossy and the paper they're printed on as well without a phone call nor email notifying me of the change and asking me if it was ok to do so. The manager proceeds to talk to me in a condescending manner insinuating I don't know the difference between 14pt and 16pt stock paper and that it's my fault for not choosing the right one. I was refused a refund and I'd have to wait two weeks for cards to be shipped off for corrections. Will not be using this location for anything business related. Great learning experience

You wouldn’t think you would receive custom support at a place. That’s such a large chain. But Samiha delightfully proved me wrong! I was printing and didn’t have time to go through all the options she came with the best suggestions our flyers look amazing and I have no doubt it was because she was behind the counter. Thank you again Samiha! It looks like you were the only person back in the print department today. You have no idea how much I appreciate you taking extra time to make sure I was pleased.

Management, Please prioritize allowing your employees to leave work on time so customers who are paying for service don’t have to hear about it. Having an employee state “I could’ve gone home on time if I didn’t have to print all of your stuff” is unprofessional. It reflects poorly on the business and negatively impacts customer experience.
