Awful customer service. I called the print center prior to driving down to see if a task could be completed at the time I came in. Heather, print associate, told me to come down and she would get it done while I waited. I arrived at the agreed upon time and Heather was out to lunch and there were no other associates to be help. Told she would return in 15 minutes. 30 minutes later she came back and said she wouldn't be able to do it as agreed upon because other orders had come in and that I'd need to leave it and pick it up at a later date. Store manager, Wade, was informed and didn't seem to care and could offer no resolution.

Needed to get 101 copies of 1 each different sheets. Staples printed them for me for $.26 each. It's kinda like airfare, don't wait till you need it quick. Everyone working there was helpful and enjoyed working there. I will be back for my printing and materials needs.

I was very confused with creating a program for my event and spent hours online trying the website. I decided to take my computer into the store and the associate was so helpful and did it for me, quick and easy! I am truly thankful for helping me get it done :)

Heather in printing has been our “Go to person” since 2019 when our church was opened. She’s been extremely helpful from day one, and will even fix jobs other employees didn’t do well. She’s a joy to work with on church and personal projects.

I went to get some copies but it would take too much time for THEM to do it. I motioned with my hand for a supervisor to come help us and he told me I was disrespectful for waving to get his attention. Then he was really rude to the one who worked under him. I will have to find someplace else to get copies. Maybe you should remember you are there to SERVE customers politely and without offense not drive them away!
