Leroy, the GM, helped me personally and was absolutely the sweetest! He took the time to help me find the correct toner and drum for my printer and made the whole process easy. He has helped me before, and every time he is incredibly friendly, positive, and genuinely happy to help. The store is always clean, organized, and well-maintained, which really stands out. In fact, I drive across town to shop at this location instead of one that’s much closer because of the excellent customer service and how well the store is run. Leroy and his team consistently provide a great experience, and I highly recommend this location! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Total customer service. These are kind, caring people who go the extra mile to give the customer answers, suggestions and time. They are professional, courteous and know their business. Amazing that there is no real wait time for checkout even when the store is very busy. (They calmly serve each customer like we are each special to them!)

I ordered a refill ink for my printer online - like I usually do. Prepaid, simple 1 item $22.00 order. It sat in pending for store pick up so I went to the store at the pick up time to see if it was ready. The clerk could not find my order and when she walkied someone for assistance they guy literally stood within hearing distance of me and walkied back all the reasons they couldnt help me. I asked for a refund and again unable to help. Neither the clerk, nor Zack seemed to have any capacity or awareness that they are in a customer service based job. This is why so many people just deliver from Amazon, local retail employees act like they have no obligation to be friendly, helpful or even remotely intelligent about their own store inventory. I called this morning and spoke to shift manager, Jason. I explained what happened and expressed my dissatisfaction as a long time staples customer and rewards member. He immediately defended the reps bad behavior, blamed the companies system and never once offered an apology for the bad experience. Until I asked him why that didnt seem to even come to his mind - then he started screaming apologies at me so I ended the call. I will never buy ANYTHING from Staples again and recommend my fellow consumers avoid this brand for any of your supply needs. I just received the number to the president and I look forward to sharing my thoughts. I recommend this branch manager, Mr. Leroy Padilla, conduct some basic customer service training with his teams.

Showed up at 5:35 PM during posted business hours and the store was already locked. There were about six other customers standing outside trying to get in as well. After waiting, an employee finally came to the door and told us they were closing early due to being understaffed. I understand staffing issues happen, but what really didn’t sit right was that while all of us were being turned away, they let another different customer who approached later into the store AFTER hours. There were two employees inside, but neither was willing to help me with a simple purchase and return, even briefly. Closing early is one thing. Letting certain customers in while refusing others is another. The inconsistency and lack of communication made this a frustrating experience. I hope upper management addresses this, as one of the employees was a manager. This reflects poorly on the store, brand, and how customers are treated. Do better.

I had to do a return from Amazon.And this kid, who was a new employee, they're fairly new.His name is Eddie.He is awesome.That's the best customer service I've ever received.He just went above and beyond and is fantastic.That kid should be made as a model and should be made upper management at some point.He'd be great now.That's what I'm talking about.Thank you eddie
