I got there late due to traffic(11:20am). Was told they stop unloading at 11am. I was told that the next opening was for Friday at 8am. (I got there on Tuesday) He told me if he was to unload my trailer it would be at 1pm because he had to take lunch. 15 minutes later he came out and told me to back into a door and he would unload at 1pm. Thank you sir for doing so. If you deliver here be on time. Other than that quick in and quick out.

Checked in hour before delivery appointment had to wait 30 min before appointment time before they would unload me — quick thou not a problem 👍🇺🇸

Staples #9716 by door 54. The sign on the door clearly says 7:10am. No matter if the RXO broker says 6am.

I’m guessing everyone has a different experience here got here last night overnight parking woke up at 7am There was a couple of trucks everyone check in at once everyone got a dock unloaded by 8:25 AM my appointment time was at 10:30am

Any time you can overnight,that's a 5 star in my book,no access to restrooms at all,2 different sides of building for 2 different things one side is shipping one side is recieving big and bold on the side of the building,know which side you need to be on if doing overnight parking or you will be moving around that next morning,super fast unloading and they will take you before appt time,doors open up at 7:10am
