scanning to usb is actually more than double the cost of actually making copies/prints. They used to be more helpful than the city store, but without the city store, they're worse than the city store used to be You probably need to hire more people. Especially morning print staff. The afternoon ones seem pretty good. But then the pickers need some help too. your inventory shows four of an item. We order it, and our later the order is cancelled and it says unavailable. And the store system now says out of stock. Yet, in the correct place on the shelf, four are in stock. Who did want to pull an order yesterday.

Office Depot North Oak and Vivian Road Parking lot and Firelanes need restriped. Lot and walk dirty. Plenty of parking and handicap parking and the entry is handicap accessible. The entry carpet is very dirty which sets a tone for the rest of the dirty dingy carpet with multiple stains that make the building feel unwelcomingly drab. The carpet shows serious signs of neglect. This Office Depot appears plenty of stock on hand. The shelf I checked wasn’t very clean. The price point on the printing paper I was looking for was good. It was confusing to check out as the designed check out wasn’t in use , instead they were checking people out at the print area. The young lady that assisted me was very nice. Surely Office Depot Corporate can get this place cleaned up and set a better Quality Service Cleanliness Standard in this location.

Always get my office supplies and computer needs here. They are so helpful and know their business. The print center has always gotten my orders correct and on time.

There is an older guy that works there and is EXTREMELY rude. I got there at 6:00 and he immediately said with an attitude "it will be a half hour before I get to you and we close at 7." I said that's fine i can come back tomorrow to pick up. He then responds and it will still be a half hour before I get to you. I said so are you telling me you want me to leave? He says I'm telling you it will be a half hour and we close at 7. I WILL NOT spend my hard earned money where A. Good customer Service is not a priority and B. Where I'm not wanted. I will NEVER go to this location again. I really hope he sees this and has an attitude adjustment but he ruined it for me. I am BIG on treating people how I want to be treated.

The chairs offered at these stores fall apart within 7 months of purchse. I spent over $300 dollars on a heavy duty office chair and will have to wait weeks to recieve a replacement thru the warranty process. Type in the search 5094761 to pull up the Serta Chair I am referencing to see a dozen other similar photos from a product that should not have ever made it to the sales floor.
