I understand that sometimes, a wrench or two gets thrown into your day. And I know that sometimes technical systems aren’t fully updated or have bugs. But the staff here were nothing but helpful, kind and caring. They also dealt with some hectic situations appropriately that I just happen to walk into. Yet that did not affect their service they provided me. It is very rare to find employees like them. Thank you so much for helping me out Ms Levenne and the lamination lady. You two went above and beyond. I wish you two good health, happiness, and success in any future endeavors y’all might pursue d^__^b

Folks love to look "too" busy, in retail spaces to answer questions or help to assist. It's your job! To the lady frantically running around behind the counter fulfilling orders... not a good look. Take pause. It's just paper! Everything is not the quick brush off. Megan was patient and extremely helpfully with the self serve printers! She made this experience worth the whole and the review. Thank you for your customer service etiquette! It was noticed.

The state of the self-serve copier/printers is abysmal. They're all caked in dirt. They burn dirt and little hairs/fibers into your prints. 1/2 of the machines don't work. No one in the building had any clue about the state of the self-serve printers. They didn't know when they were last serviced. They somehow didn't know they were caked in dirt, etc. The manager I spoke with actually defended their self, and had no curiosity about the problem I brought to them.

Everyone who works here must absolutely love their job. Everyone is so lovely there. Even the guy who just started today was kind when he came to the register. Love to see it❤️

I went in to use their self service printing for the first time and it was a tragic experience. The woman who helped me was OKAY at best, what I needed to print didn’t print correctly and I ended up just leaving. When I first walked in I heard the employees complaining and dropping the “R” word which was a little off putting to say the least. The self-printing was/is confusing and if you’re a first timer don’t go here
