I can't complain. One of better ones. Always someone around to ask questions. Lots of folks use this place. Inventory is spotty...but can get fulfilled online from the staff. Two staff were sooo helpful over the few days I had there buying stuff from their store. Thomas, a retail expert, and Teresa, a cashier, were so helpful. If I got the titles wrong, forgive me. If it helps to get them recognition, they both worked on 11/9/2025.

Don’t normally review office supply stores but every single staff member I encountered here is a gem. It’s clear they put customers first—so very kind! Scotty, Allison and Ron were so quick to help, all with big smiles and lots of aloha. Mahalo!

Everytime I have come in here, the service has been spot on. Immediately upon walking in, someone always greets with another asking if I need any help finding anything. Their ability to tell me where literally anything I need is, is amazing. I never have an issue in finding what I am looking for and every encounter I've had with the cash wrap has been excellent.

I came to Office Depot Kakaako and Char in printing services impressed me with her willingness to answer my questions and help direct me to get my printing objectives met! She was busy fulfilling orders and took the time to help me out!

Great company. Customer service is excellent. My only two complaints would be 1. Like most places these days. They probably use computers to generate the store orders, so they are los on most inventory. 2. But most importantly for and my family is that at night the parking lot is not lit at all but by the in-store lights and like the night I was there someone outside ranting and mumbling to themselves seems unhospitable or unsafe.
