I did a large back to school purchase for a title one school and had the best cashier. Although I didn’t get his name, I got a picture! He had so much patience and was so kind. Even when the system slowed down he explained what was going on and made sure I was okay to wait! Staples is my new go to for school supplies!

Cashier prioritized Amazon return customers over the actual staples customers. I arrived in line when there's no Amazon return customer there. As I was bringing my stuff up, the amazon customer got to the counter and started unloading a good fifteen packages onto the counter to go return. The cashier spent a good fifteen to twenty minutes just dealing with this amazon return customer, and by that time more amazon returned, customers came up behind that one lady, which the female cashier prioritized. Do not shop here. Unfriendly staff, unhelpful staff, low inventory (they no longer carry good cameras), overpriced of sorts, like what do you mean a single college ruled notebook is 3$ when at Walmart it is 99 cents!? All in all, a 3/10 experience. Would shop elsewhere. (I did. I left to go elsewhere.)

I ordered a copy of a poster. When I picked it up a day later it was an exact copy. Perfect colors, printed on good paper & the price was less than $35.00!!! It was so good I ordered a second copy. The employees were very helpful. This definitely the "Go-To" place for me.

The have the rudest lady working on the counter for the Amazon returns. It’s the second time I come in to return a few Amazon products and she’s always rude and rushes people. I know it’s not personal because while I wait in line I can see her manners are the same towards everyone. It’s a shame they have someone so rude that barely acknowledges people. She doesn’t wear a name tag so i don’t know her name but she is very short, black, with a lot of jewelry on and a black short wig. I hope management can help her work on her customer service.

Today I went to Staples to complete a lengthy process of sending mail and faxes at the address 11806 Bruce B. Downs Blvd., Tampa. Mya Carson was very attentive and helped me throughout the entire process. I am very grateful to her. I have visited the store before and have never received such fast and efficient service, with a warm smile like Mya's. Excellent quality service. Thank you, Mya, for making my process quick, efficient, and without delay. When you go to this place and receive service like hers, you will feel completely grateful.
