I almost feel bad writing this review because the women working was were very nice, and I’ve worked in customer service myself. But this was honestly a frustrating experience. My first time going to Party City and Staples combined, the service quality has gone down significantly. I’ve been going to both stores for years, and it was always quick and easy. The woman working at the balloon station didn’t know how to inflate the balloons and had to ask management for help and prices. The manager was not very attentive or prepared to assist. Manager finally came and in total, I waited around 30/35 minutes just to get balloons filled, with two employees working on it. I’m really not someone who complains, my reviews are positive, also never written something this long but it really bugged me. This experience was disappointing. If the stores are going to combine services, the employees need proper training there was one person (manager) in the store that kinda knew what to do. Right now it feels EXTREMELY unorganized they have no idea whats going on. And like they say, time is money 😂 wast of my time. Definitely not the smooth, convenient experience Party City used to offer…

I will never return to this location again. I have never been treated so disrespectfully simply for asking a question. My husband went into Staples to return an Amazon package, and apparently the return process changed recently because they no longer provide receipts. When I came in to ask a few questions—since my app hadn’t updated and I hadn’t received an email confirmation yet—Vanessa immediately interrupted me and told me I needed to wait. When I tried to explain my concern about leaving without confirmation, she interrupted again and said, “I’ve already packed this box. I’m not going in it again,” even though I never asked her to open anything. I was simply trying to avoid any issues with my return getting lost. After I told her I didn’t need the attitude, she suddenly clicked something on the Amazon device and I finally received the confirmation email. She then pulled my items from under the desk she was standing at, not from the box she claimed was already packed. When I asked to speak with the manager, Matt, she continued interrupting while I was explaining the situation until he had to tell her to stop and that he would handle it. This was a completely unnecessary and disappointing interaction. I’ve always considered Staples a calm and easy place to go, but after being treated with hostility for simply asking questions about a new process, I will never step foot in this location again.

Took my Amazon return here. They scanned the item but said they do not provide receipts for the return (WHAT?!?!). I asked them how I am supposed to prove I dropped the item off without a receipt and they basically said it's normal and not to worry. On my way out, they called me back to the desk and said they had to scan the QR code again! I said, "See! This is why I need a receipt!" Now it's the next day and the item is still showing as not received on the Amazon app. I called the store for a resolution and their only resolution is drive another 30 minutes each way back to their store so they can scan the QR code again. NO THANKS. Save yourself the trip and return your crap somewhere else.

I have had the best customer service at this location. The employees are very helpful and extremely nice .Darryl and Matt are very helpful and have great customer service . This is my go to place for computers and office needs . Thank you !

Don't go for passport photos. Went yesterday. They took 25 minutes just to figure out how to put them on a memory stick. The photos were rejected online. Went back this morning. They said the camera hasn't been working. Then received a refund for less than I paid the day before.
