I had such a wonderful experience at Staples, all thanks to Cynthia Davis. I came in needing help printing badges and a QR code for a church event, and I was honestly a little overwhelmed trying to figure it out on my own.😩 Cynthia was truly amazing.🤩 She was working by herself, helping multiple customers, yet still remained so calm, patient, and kind the entire time. I watched how she treated everyone….. with professionalism, grace, and a genuine smile…..even in stressful moments.👏🏾 What meant the most to me was how she kept coming back to check on me, reassuring me she hadn’t forgotten and that she would help me get everything exactly how I wanted. And she did. She went above and beyond to make sure everything came out perfect.😍 When I thanked her and gave her a compliment, she said something I won’t forget: “I believe in customer service—what nice thing you do will come back to you.” That really stayed with me.❤️ Cynthia, if you see this—thank you so much. You made my day easier, and I truly appreciate your kindness. Staples is very lucky to have you.💫🙏🏽👏🏾

I've used some Staples several times over the past few years. This time I had to fax something very important and I wasn't able to get it through and an associate helped me out and we got everything through in a timely manner. So thank you!

Today was my first time in here and a young African American/melanated lady assisted me with my labeling and boxing for my shipment around 3:21 pm she was very friendly and nice. There was also a African American guy that help me with printing off my document but he seemed like he had to rush and wasn't that friendly.There was a taller looking Hispanic or asian guy he was not so friendly and only strived to assist the Caucasian people that came in the store even though we were standing there waiting. That was very racist of him and the store manager needs to evaluate that employee or keep losing customers. If it wasn't for the young lady I would give my visit a zero.

S E A N needs some basic training in customer service or simple human courtesy. I repeatedly had to beg (unsuccessfully I might add) that he stop cutting me off while I explained my issue. He was so determined to loud-talk over me and get out his canned response, that he refused to hear that I had already done what he was suggesting. Once he realized that his advice was useless, he said there was nothing Staples could do and abruptly ended the call. If this is the best customer service Staples can muster up, I see why their stores are closing. Now I have to report this store to the Better Business Bureau because Staples' representative could not be bothered to simply listen.

This Staples has quite a bit of things that one would need; however... CHECK ONLINE FOR PRICES FIRST. I went in to get printer ink cartridges after I checked online if they were in stock. There was a near $10 difference between online prices and what they put on the shelf. They price matched, which is great - but only after I asked and showed them proof first. Check online pricing!
