2019 Retractable Banner Stands STILL going strong after 7 years of Exhibit Hall service! I am very appreciative of the TEAM at Mosaic Express for helping me create these two banners back in 2019. One must not treat them roughly...and they will keep on keeping on. I am in the process of creating another banner and will be calling on Mark and his team at Mosaic Express to add a third banner for Conference/Exhibit Hall use. Mine are 82" x 33" with two support "feet" at the bottom.

Exceptional Service — Lifesaver for a Same-Day Rush Job! I cannot say enough great things about [Mosaic Express Print Shop and especially Shawn. I was placed in a very difficult situation after another printing company delayed my original order, leaving me scrambling late in the day to find someone who could handle a same-day flyer print job. After finding Mosaic Express through a Google search, I submitted an online inquiry at 3:47 PM and followed up with a phone call at 3:48 PM. Shawn told me he was already drafting a response to my request and by 3:55 PM, I had a detailed email from him ready to go. The speed, professionalism, and communication were absolutely incredible. I sent Shawn a PNG version of my flyer at 4:19 PM, and within minutes he sent back clean PDF proofs for approval. Even more impressive, the flyers were printed before 5:00 PM! To top it all off, Shawn even arranged a courier to deliver the flyers directly to us, which completely saved the day. In a world where customer service often falls short, Mosaic Express Print Shop truly exceeded every expectation. Fast, responsive, professional, and solution-oriented from start to finish. This was honestly one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had in a long time. Highly recommend them to anyone needing quality printing with top-tier service especially if you’re in a bind and need people who genuinely care about helping their customers.

We highly recommend Mosaic Express for their professionalism and quality work. We ordered a welcome sign board and table placement cards for our son's engagement party. We had a very positive experience working with both Shawn and Mark and are looking forward to future work with them.
