02/18/25 This time I was helped by Ricky. He was sooo helpful and extremely patient. The new postcard system makes my size delivery only and so he helped me find a size that worked for my project that I could get same-day in store. His precision cut was perfect. He was so kind and personable and kept me calm in a stressful situation. September 2025 I came in to get some postcards made! Victor took care of my order and was super helpful with helping me choose size and paper type. Even with a machine being down, he made it work and my order was ready when I arrived! Thank you Victor for such stellar customer service! 10/27/25 Today I came in and Jerlyn helped me. She was very efficient and kind. I enjoyed working with her for my project.

On 6-2-2026, I entered the Staples store he #1746 in Largo, MD to copy documents, retrieve an e-mail and send it to a County Clerk in Virginia. After enlisting the help of Sharllotte , who was extremely patient during the process, she was still unable to complete the task. She then asked Jazz who after multiple attempts was able to send the e-mail to Virginia. During the process I was left alone and not eaten all day. I then asked the Manager Andrew if he could honor an unusual request by securing my debit card until my daughter could retrieve it because I needed to go home and eat since I was a Diabetic. However in the interim I had to use the restroom but was told I hd to wait in a long line up front. Since I have chronic back pain and was using a rollator and in pain I could not do it. That’s when Derrick offered his key to me but made promise to bring it back, which I did. Once leaving the restroom I began feeling as if I was having a hypoglycemic reaction. There was no one around and all I could think to do is call my daughter. When she answered she told me to yell out “HELP”. I found a bench I could sit on and then a gentleman came while my daughter was still on the phone. She told him to get me something to drink like a Pepsi quick. His name was Kevin. He was a Manager. He stayed with me and my daughter on the phone until I got to the front of the store and was able to had Derrick the keys in his hands. Kevin saved my life that day and and I am so grateful. All of the wonderful people that I have mentioned here today were exceptional people at Store #1746 in Largo,MD. Staples Corporation should be proud to have people like these working for their Company.

I had an outstanding experience with Sharlotte at the Staples Print & Copy Center. She was extremely professional and treated me with the utmost respect. Even in a rapid, busy environment, she maintained her composure and communicated clearly every step of the way. Despite the pressure, she made time for everyone, and I was able to get the documents I needed laminated the same day and they were cut perfectly as well. Her expertise and dedication truly stood out. I highly recommend this location and this Print & Copy Center expert without a shadow of a doubt. If you go to the Largo Staples, ask for Sharlotte with an S. Much appreciation and gratitude to you, Sharlotte!

This is an amazing place to be. I needed help with a project that was very frustrating because other places kept sending me back and forth, but Ms. Rosemary and Mr. Rickey went above and beyond to ensure I was well taken care of, even during late hours. I truly appreciated their dedication to helping customers; they stayed until I was cared for, even when it meant staying late. They deserve recognition for providing excellent customer service. Thank you for everything you do.
