Steven was a tremendous help in a time of need. In fact, everyone who came in the store would automatically ask for Steven because he is so knowledgeable, professional and friendly. The owner was a tremendous help as well. Highly recommended staples on broad for all your printing, copying and professional projects.

Had to venture out of my neighborhood Staples in Bailey’s Crossroads to the West Falls Church, VA store for an Amazon.com return. This store didn’t disappoint. The isles were clear, and the entire store was spotless. The store was well lit, and there was every possible home/office supply you may ever need/want. The staff that handle my return was courteous, friendly and knowledgeable. Would totally recommend this Staples location for all of your office needs. Enjoy!

Went in to print some flyers — straightforward enough errand, you'd think. The self-service print area is a maze of confusing signage, unclear instructions, and machines that don't walk you through the process in any logical order. There was no staff anywhere to be found when I needed help. I did eventually get my flyers printed, but the process raised a bigger question: I was never asked for payment. The machine just asked if I wanted a receipt and called it a day. I have no idea if I was charged, if someone else's account got billed, or if I just accidentally got free flyers. Not exactly a confidence-inspiring experience for a business built around print services. On top of all that, $1 per page for a standard 8.5x11 flyer is steep. I was expecting something closer to 25 cents a page — which is in line with what most print shops charge for basic black and white copies. At four times that price, Staples should at least make the experience seamless. They managed neither the value nor the service.

First to review about the reviews.. there seems to be a sense entitlement in some of these negative reviews and you shouldn't pay attention to them. I want my order done in 3 hours and they can't do it for 24 hours. That's a nonsense review. I've never had a problem with customer service. I return a lot of packages here from Amazon they're always fast and kind. This is a great printing place it's a great office supply place. If you need office supplies or printing go here if it's convenient.

We had a printing mishap while preparing for a presentation at our hotel, and the Staples job was estimated to take over an hour. When Annette learned that we had people waiting, she immediately jumped in and expedited the order without hesitation. She was knowledgeable, professional, and provided truly outstanding customer service. In a world where great service feels like a lost art, Annette stands out. Because of her, Staples has definitely earned my business again!
