I had an amazing experience at this Staples location in Oxon Hill! The entire staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and eager to help from the moment I walked through the door. A huge shoutout to Zee, who went above and beyond to help me get my rewards membership all set up. Thanks to Zee's patience and quick assistance, I was able to get my rewards account going right then and there and instantly save on my printer ink. It is rare to find this level of genuine customer service these days. If you need office supplies or printing needs, this is definitely the location to go to. Thank you, Zee, and the rest of the Oxon Hill team—I will definitely be back!

Let me to tell you this 5 star rating is for Ashley in the print department! She saved my day by running a print job got me in a quick turn around despite being busy. She is greatly appreciated and the MVP in my book. Thank you again for your elite customer service and for accommodating me🙂

The Oxon Hill rivertown Staples, the employee male Marco customer service was super poor and unprofessional! We went to the store on June the 2nd 2026 Marco was so rude worst experience ever! Marco didn't want to handle the return and had too much attitude like he didn't want to be working today! Marco doesn't deserve any stars but I had to do one star to do the survey Marco's customer service sucks!

10/10. Since I'm not longer shopping at certain retailers, Staples has become a place I am frequenting more often. Today I went in for a charger for my work computer. Stated exactly what I needed & the sales associated was so helping & kind, as was the cashier. Customer service 10/10! My previous visits - Nike shipped my package there. 10/10. Needed school supplies for my classroom. 10/10. Sent copies via the website for pick up. 10/10. Made copies on demand via the email address. 10/10. Comforting to know that I have a place locally where they care about the customer & have just what we need.

Staples staff were responsive, attentive, knowledgeable and eager to help me complete my project. They had great suggestions and recommendations that made my project look as if it were professionally done.
