I came here to have business cards printed on short notice. I had no issues picking them up, the staff was friendly. The store was pretty empty when I was there, but I was also there in the middle of a weekday. Parking could potentially become a bit trickier at busier times. They have a garage close by that was quite full, but apparently it does have a second floor with more parking. There are also street parking spots behind the parking garage.

Since they changed the amazon return location and created designated spot, for long time the whole process has been super fast and simpler. And the employees are also very professional and respectful. The company really addresses issues we mention here on the reviews. 👏

We were Promised flyers would be ready for a business they were not. They called and verified that these would be ready for pick up. I get to the store. They’re not ready. The manager was very dismissive and was basically telling me to stop talking and to leave because I was holding him accountable for the error. This is absolutely ridiculous. Then he refused to provide me a refund after requesting it in the store and he told me that I needed to call customer service. DONT NOT USE THIS LOCATION FOR YOUR BUSINESS NEEDS

Let me tell you about this Staples! This is my go to for all my business needs including all my printing! Their variety of business essentials is great! Chris, Micah, and Mohamed in printing as well as Dejan, the manager, are AMAZING! They are super patient, careful, and knowledgeable. What a big help! Thanks!

Always greeted with a smile and courteous manner. Helpful in trying to find certain items. I did have a problem with a purchase, but it was taken care of quickly.
