​I am beyond disappointed with my recent experience at this Staples location. This visit was an absolute disaster from start to finish, and I would strongly advise others to take their business elsewhere. ​First and foremost, the equipment is completely broken. I went in specifically to utilize their professional services, only to find that their machines were out of order. When I asked for assistance or a simple estimate on when things might be functional, I was met with nothing but lazy and indifferent attitudes from the staff. It felt as though I was an inconvenience to them just by being in the store. ​The customer service was incredibly rude. Instead of trying to find a solution or offering a sincere apology for the equipment issues, the employees were dismissive and unprofessional. There is a complete lack of work ethic and respect at this branch. To have my time wasted by a staff that clearly doesn't care about their roles or their customers is entirely unacceptable. ​I will not be returning to this location. They clearly have no interest in maintaining their equipment or providing a basic level of professional courtesy.

Getting here with parking is a tiny challenge. You can only come in one way on Bradley and then you have to find parking in a garage. Other than that, everything else is fine. People are helpful if you ask them questions. Good stock of stuff. Parking is free inside of an hour I think.

We just moved in and we found almost everything we needed in this store, just a few days before back to school. Stephanie was very kind and patient with the children, and helped us create a customer account !

I'm sorry, very nice people work here but their amazon return system is a shambles. I had a feeling they didn't track my returns correctly -- this is the second time they've "misplaced" or did not categorize a return properly. I've been charged TWICE for items that should have been returned and I'm already fearing more as more haven't been processed. This is entirely on them. I have record of returns and receipts from Amazon and then come to find out Amazon did not receive it.
